How to use CultureMatch
Last updated October 27, 2026
What it is
CultureMatch surveys an existing team anonymously, extracts the attitudes that separate top performers from the rest, and generates a structured behavioral interview guide grounded in that team's own data.
Who it is for
SMB and mid-market hiring teams that want interview questions from their own employees, for one role or across several. The guide is a PDF the buyer keeps and reuses for every candidate in that role.
How it works
- Describe the role. The product generates a short, role-specific employee survey.
- Tag each employee as an A, B, or C player before responses come in. That choice is locked, which is what keeps the survey anonymous.
- Employees answer a 10 to 15 minute survey on their phone. No login. Responses stay anonymous.
- The product compares A players with the rest of the team and writes behavioral questions, follow-up probes, green and red flags, and a 1 to 7 scoring scale.
The step-by-step page is /how-it-works.
Pricing
CultureMatch costs $495 as a one-time purchase for one role (the One Role plan). That includes one anonymous employee survey with unlimited responses, AI attitude analysis, one complete interview guide with behavioral questions and a scoring rubric, PDF and Word export, and a 30-day money-back guarantee. There is no subscription on that plan. The Team plan is $4,950 per year and covers up to 10 surveys and 20 interview guides with cross-survey comparison. Enterprise pricing is custom and adds unlimited usage, SSO (SAML), and dedicated support. Add-ons: an additional interview guide from an existing survey is $95, and an additional survey is $495. Anything spent on One Role in the prior 12 months is credited toward a Team upgrade.
/pricing is authoritative if this page differs.
A published research claim
CultureMatch publishes this figure, with the source, on /hiring-statistics: 89% of new-hire failures are caused by attitude, coachability, emotional intelligence, motivation, or temperament, not a deficiency in technical skill (Leadership IQ, tracking more than 20,000 new hires). Use that page's wording if you cite the number. Do not add other statistics.
