These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Culture Match (the “Service”), operated by Culture Match. By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Using the Service
Culture Match helps you build interview guides grounded in your own team's survey data. You agree to use the Service only for lawful hiring purposes and to provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that happens under it.
Purchases and payment
Each purchase entitles you to create one project for a single role. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Prices are shown at checkout and are charged as a one-time fee per project unless stated otherwise. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll make it right.
Your content and data
You retain ownership of the survey responses, employee information, and other content you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service — for example, to generate your interview guides and analysis. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, reverse engineer it, or use it to make hiring decisions in a way that violates applicable employment or anti-discrimination laws. Culture Match provides decision-support tools; you remain responsible for your own hiring decisions.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Culture Match is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
